Postnatal Exercise Class
bumpercise and Mums, Tums & Bums Classes are specialised antenatal and postnatal exercise classes to help you feel better during pregnancy and get back into shape after having a baby.
The classes are small and friendly so you can feel relaxed and enjoy meeting and exercising with other pregnant women and new mums. Babies are welcome at the class until they start crawling.
You can join anytime during pregnancy or after your postnatal check-up.
Classes are taught in courses and places need to be booked in advance.

Katy Warren is a qualified Antenatal and Postnatal Exercise Teacher (Guild of Pregnancy and Postnatal Exercise Teachers) as well as an Exercise to Music Instructor (RSA/YMCA) and mum.
