Walton Community
Association
The Society began in 1944 as Stone Gramophone Society but was renamed Stone Recorded Music Society in 1986 as alternatives to the gramophone record came to exist. Recordings nowadays are mainly on compact disc. High Quality speakers and audio equipment provide the enjoyment of hi-fi sound.
We aim in our meetings to give pleasure to people who are interested in recorded music, mainly but not exclusively, classical, within a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
